How do I place an order?
1. To select an item click on the BGS Store button located at the left side of the menu or pull down the Select Category tab on the right side of the screen. Once you have decided on a item, select the item and click on the pull down menus to select the size, color, etc.
 

 

Can I place an order without an email address?
Yes. When you are requested to enter your E-Mail address, enter newcustomer@bgs.com and continue to complete the order form
 

 

How long does it typically take for products to be delivered once they are ordered?

Products that are in stock will be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Our standard mode of shipment is UPS Ground and is calculated and added to your order at time of checkout.  If required, next business day air shipment can also be selected at checkout.  Orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or other locations outside the continental US will incur additional shipping charges.  To obtain this information, please contact us via email at info@procrescent.com or phone us toll free at 800-816-7246.  Our office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

Delivery to the eastern, southeastern or midwestern areas of the US will require 2 to 3 business days.  Delivery to the western portions of the US will require 4-5 business days.  A notice that your merchandise has shipped will be sent to your email address providing you with tracking information and the arrival date.

How do I order items not listed on the BGS store site?
In addition to the stock items listed in this catalog, we have a virtually unlimited number of items which can be ordered. Please call, fax or use the Contact Us email form to make your request.
 

 

What happens if I need to change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Contact us immediately at 800-816-7246, fax us at 423-266-1959 or use the Contact Us email form to inform us of any changes.  If an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.  Graduation regalia merchandise sales are final. All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
 

 

How do I know that my order was received?
Upon receipt of your electronic order, a confirmation notice will be sent to the email address specified in the order. This notice will include an order number you should reference in any subsequent questions regarding your order.

How do I pay for merchandise?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by check. The instructions for paying by check are found on the checkout screen.
 

 

I need something to help promote a special program or event (ie. fundraiser). What should I do?
Contact us by phone or E-mail. We will gladly work with you to research new ideas and products. We need your input and welcome the opportunity to work with you on a personal basis.
 

 

How do I wear my graduation items?
BGS medallion, honor cords, honor stole are worn around the neck. If wearing all three, place the BGS medallion first, then the honor cords and on the outside, the stole. All three should be visible. Graduation tassel should be worn on the graduation cap.

How do I know which of the graduation items I am eligible to wear?
As a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, you are eligible to wear any and all graduation regalia .
